The Board can only accept anonymous complaints in regards to human trafficking. The Board will do everything within their jurisdiction which includes working with enforcement agencies who can enforce criminal law. Any complaints against a licensed massage therapy, business or business owner cannot be anonymous and requires contact information and is necessary to investigate the allegations.
