Licensees:
As everyone knows by now – the website is NOT available for online renewals. Prior to contacting the office  – most questions can be answered by reviewing all notices through the “NOTICES” page on the website.

From The Board:
Renewal packets are still required to be in the office/postmarked by 3/31/2026 and that CEU’s be taken within the required renewal year. The Board understands not having licenses until after the expiration date is causing much frustration and concern. Understandably the Board will not hold licensees and businesses responsible for a processing delay that could not be avoided and have asked that credentialing agencies etc. do the same.  It is important to note that at this time NO licenses are being processed by the office. Although we anticipate that the office will have the ability to renew within the next two weeks, this means processing will begin close to or after the expiration of the license on March 31st.

For all other inquiries and assistance:
The staff will work to return emails and phone calls within 24 business hours but please allow 48 hours for a response. See the website for office closures due to holidays, hearings and Board Meetings.

The Board office has operating hours and hours open to the public shown below. Hours not open to the public are a necessity to complete all application reviews, required document processing for licensees, and all other administrative functions.  As a reminder, the Board office closes for board meetings, hearings etc. to review these dates please visit the front page or visit the Board Meetings page.
